HOME VISITOR, PREPARING FOR LIFE PROGRAMME (Maternity Leave) Full Time

Here's a great opportunity to join a wonderful team as a Home Visitor on a Specific Contract basis to cover Maternity Leave. The Home Visiting programme supports parents to nurture their children so the child, the family and the community can thrive.

Reporting to the Team Co-ordinator, the Home Visitor will work to a clearly outlined programme manual to support families. The aim of the programme is to achieve improved school readiness, along with improved physical, psychological and emotional health and well-being.

The Home Visitor will work as part of the wider PFL and Northside Partnership team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, strengths-based support to the local community.

Preparing for Life is an evidenced-based, prevention and early intervention project based in Darndale, North Dublin working with families from pregnancy through childhood to help children achieve their full potential.  We work with families, health services, early years education settings and schools.
